The Chefs' House is delighted to welcome the teams from noted Prince Edward County wineries, Huff Estates, Closson Chase Vineyards, and Three Dog Winery, for an exclusive wine dinner. This four-course wine pairing dinner will feature premium, small-batch wines from all three wineries.

Huff Estates - Lanny and Catharine Huff have always had a passion for fine wine and Prince Edward County. Both were born and raised in the County, coming from families with deep county roots, thus when vineyards started to pop up in 2001 they thought this would be an ideal opportunity to harmonize these passions and have since grown Huff Estates into an exciting, unique county destination.

Closson Chase Vineyards - Closson Chase is a quality-driven winery that helped spearhead the birth of the Prince Edward County wine industry. Winemaker Keith Tyers uses centuries-old techniques and sustainable practices to create world-class wines from the highest quality pinot noir, chardonnay, and pinot gris grapes.
An early advocate for sustainability, Closson Chase crafts fine wines that reflect each individual vintage, capturing the distinct qualities imparted by the soil and climatic variations of the year.

Three Dog Winery - Our mission is to create quality wines at affordable prices. We are farm-first grape growers who are excited to push the boundaries of Ontario wines. We work hard, play hard, laugh often, and are excited to share our wines with you on your next trip to the County.
Three Dog is owned and operated by a close group of family and friends who came together to take over the winery from its previous owners in 2022.

All three wineries have won awards at the Ontario Wine Awards.

The evening will begin with a selection of canapés, followed by a four-course meal paired with wines.
